Pricing Structure: Let’s get this out of the way
In our humble opinions, the cost of college is completely out-of-line with reality for most folks. The last thing we think you should do is run up the total cost of college by paying an exorbitant amount for a college admissions program before you even get accepted, therefore, our pricing is straightforward and fair. Currently, having one child entering law school, a second child a sophomore in college, and a third child entering a private high school, I completely understand the pressures that families are facing. Based on this, our pricing is designed so this program, and its guidance, are attainable by most.
The program is $595 per year for each of the four years of high school. The 6th – 8th Grade course is discounted at $195 so you may experience the program prior to committing to the $595 annual price. In return for that, your family and your student will get guidance on everything from grades, to course selection, to college choices, the whole gambit. Please look on the FAQ page for a breakdown of annual cost, exactly what is offered, and during what year. (If the answer to your question is not there, please email us.) The $595 a year gets you the basic package, which a lot of families choose to follow and do quite well getting into a college of their choice because they already have a list of the three or four colleges where their child will hopefully be going. In addition to the base package, if you would like to engage with one of our Coaches listed on the Coaching section, please feel free to do so. Their services and fees will vary by Coach and per their specialties. This is a new structure for us and we are working to get Coaches from around the country so that you may find a Coach either in your geographic area with whom you would like to work, or possibly find a coach in an location you are targeting, or one having majored in a subject matter in which you have interest. However you approach it, these Coaches are there to help you with your college selection, essay writing, and all questions you may have. The base of the whole thing is still targeting merit-based scholarships, in other words, money which does not have to be repaid. Again, the cost of these Coaches will vary per Coach, and that is something that you will work out with that Coach as soon as you connect with one, have a conversation, and decide if this is a Coach with whom you could work and move forward into the college admissions process. (Please do not overlook the necessity of working with a Coach to write very clear and engaging essays to the Honors Colleges and selective universities in this country. An average essay will not do it. An essay written by somebody who is not 17 or 18 years old will also not do it as they are very easily picked out of a pile as “the student did not write this essay.” Trust us, they are super-easy to spot.)
